How do I work?
The process consists of four clear steps designed to make your home-buying journey structured and easy to understand. It begins with an introductory meeting in which your goals and financial situation are discussed. By the end of this meeting, you will have a clear explanation of the different types of mortgages, aligned with a suitable mortgage scenario. This ensures you know exactly your maximum mortgage capacity is and your expected monthly costs. During the bidding stage, support can be provided for a bid certificate and bid insurance. If your offer is accepted and you proceed with the purchase, you then move on to the mortgage application phase. Throughout this stage, communication with the lender is coordinated for you, and guidance is provided for collecting all required documents. You are kept informed as each step progresses. Finally, once the application is completed and approved, the home officially becomes yours. The initial meeting is free of charge and without obligation.
