After 20+ years running her own service business, Tracy Irwin has distilled everything she wishes she’d known from the start into the MOTION Framework, a practical approach to building a business that gives you time freedom, not just revenue. In June, she’s visiting Leiden and will be our speaker. Tracy is a finance mentor and founder of Momentum Academy. She built her own accountancy firm in 2002, systemised it completely, ran it remotely from Spain for nine years, and sold it in 2024.
