The Indonesian School, or Sekolah Indonesia Nederland, is located on the outskirts of Wassenaar.
Since 1965, the school has been providing primary education to children of Indonesian diplomats and military officers, as well as Indonesian children born and raised in the Netherlands. The students range from six to twelve years old.
The classes at the Indonesian School have an international character but focus on the Indonesian language and norms and values. The school has approximately 150 students from Indonesia, Thailand, and the Netherlands.
