The Art Route is coming again! On September 21 and 22, 2024, professional artists in Leiden will open their studios to the public.
Started in 1994 as an initiative of one artist, the Art Route has become one of the largest cultural events in Leiden after 30 years. With the Art Route, Museum De Lakenhal offers a platform for visual art in all shapes and sizes: from painting to ceramics, from photography to contemporary design, from jewelry to performances. A look behind the scenes of the artist, a good conversation and the opportunity to buy art. The Art Route makes this all possible.
