This summer you can see the most famous paintings of artist Giselle Kuster at Museum De Lakenhal in Leiden.

Between 1940 and 1953, she spent the most important part of her career in Leiden, where she developed into a talented artist and gallery owner. Yet her name has largely disappeared from history. Museum De Lakenhal is now bringing Kuster's underexposed time in Leiden to the public's attention by following up on the earlier successful exhibition at the Museum van Bommel van Dam.
