Much More Than (Just) a Spouse: Toward the Inclusion of Expat Spouses on the Labor Market

We are looking for participants for the research project: “Much More Than (Just) a Spouse: Toward the Inclusion of Expat Spouses on the Labor Market”.  

A research team from Tilburg University is exploring the barriers international spouses experience when moving to the Netherlands with their loved ones. Following the partner, they often struggle to find themselves as professionals with their own strengths and ambitions. This project investigates the barriers expat spouses encounter when seeking employment, as well as the factors that prevent employers from hiring them.
