Active Listening
In the current bustling world, we are taught how to speak and smoothly talk our way through anything. Throughout this workshop, PLNT will be teaching how to master the art of Active Listening, and how this soft skills is crucial for everybody.
Among other things, PLNT will tackle how to build rapport to design a Need Analysis scheme, how to meaningfully connect with people, and how to overcome common barriers. Tag along this PLNT SKILLS workshop, and lend them your ear so you may become a listening expert!
