The Leiden Science Career Event
The Leiden Science Career Event (Betabanenmarkt) is an initiative meant to bridge the gap between students and companies.
This year's event will take place at the Gorlaeus Laboratories on the 29th of March 2023. Around 1000 students, from bachelor, to master- and PhD students of various fields of study are expected to attend. Data from 2019, shows that they are mainly from Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, and Chemistry/Molecular Science & Technology.
Throughout the day there will be a range of activities, such as workshops, speeddates, and a company fare with 50 company representatives.
