LLRC Multilingualism in the Language Classroom Roundtable
Evelyn Bosma, Carmen Kleinherenbrink, Elvira Muñoz-Moreno from LUCL and Tessa Mearns (ICLON) will share their thoughts on questions that language teachers may have when faced with multilingual classrooms.
For instance, we will discuss questions like which languages can or should you allow in your classroom? How do you incorporate language knowledge and language experience from other languages than the target language you are teaching?
The format is a so-called roundtable discussion where the invited language teachers and experts on multilingualism discuss these and related questions. Following, the discussion is open to all participants. The discussion will be led by Nivja de Jong.
