Opening of the 3 October Servicepunt

Thanks to a generous donation, the 3 October Vereeniging can rent and renovate part of the building of clothing rental company Hoppezak. Hoppezak has been a household name in Leiden for over a hundred years. The company not only rents out clothing that is suitable for official dress codes, but also theme costumes and matching wigs. Hoppezak has been located in the building on the Pieterskerkgracht since 1975. With the arrival of the 3 October Vereeniging, Hoppezak found a tenant with whom it has had a long-standing relationship in dressing the festivities surrounding Leidens Ontzet, such as the extras in the Grote Optocht.
